Join Sam Malone, and Polina Tyan for a four-hour practical workshop designed specifically for actors preparing for drama school auditions.
You’ve chosen your speeches. You’ve learnt the lines. But how do you know what’s actually working before you perform them in front of a drama school panel? This is a one day, four hour workshop that begins with a group workshop and leads into practice auditions.
If you would like to do the workshop but only observe the practice auditions instead there is a ticket available.
This workshop is for actors who are serious about pursuing drama school training and want practical experience preparing for the audition process.

Join us for a hands-on acting workshop focused on scene analysis and developing strong, intentional character choices.

Many actors rush to performance — but skipping scene analysis and proper character work can mean missing the heart of a scene. In class we will break down the scene then apply what we've discovered to acting.

Actorverse is a professional acting and improvisation studio in London, providing practical, industry-informed training for actors.
Our regular programmes for actors include screen acting, scene study, character development, self-tape preparation, improvisation and on-camera technique.

A safe, playful space for self expression and exploration, providing a chance to push yourself out of your comfort zone in a non-judgemental environment. There is a real sense of community in these workshops outside of classes. At the workshops I attended there is a good balance of Improv, and scene work with a chance to get feedback.
Actorverse challenged and elevated my skills as an actor. It not only enriched my acting but led to personal growth as I was encouraged to fully embody characters, see what their motivations are and really push myself. I cannot recommend these workshops enough for going beyond the surface and honing in on your craft!
I had learnt more than in any other scene class I had taken, and had opportunitties to stretch and challenge myself. Polina is very informative, and creates a brilliant energy in the room. I would recommend this workshop to everyone.
