What to expect?
Each session is different and we like to adapt our workshops to the energy of the group.
Ice breakers & Warm up
We will always start with warm up games and fun ice-breakers, making sure everyone feels welcomed and relaxed.
During this section we do a short 5-rhythms movement meditation practice to release tension in the body.
Drama games & Improv
Our next section is the drama games and improv. We ease into this section starting from shorter, straightforward improv games and activities to slightly longer and more dynamic once.
Cool down games
We finish with lighter, slower improv exercises and activities that maintain the fun while easing the energy toward the end of class.
