Polina and Oscar at Actoverse Kids, Drama and Improv club are fantastic - they have such passion and enthusiasm for acting with plenty of experience which really shows through their teaching. My daughter loved their classes and has grown in confidence from what she’s learnt such as scene practice and improv work taken from real films and theatre productions. With reasonable prices I thoroughly recommend giving them a go!

WHY CHOOSE US
OUR TEACHERS

VERSATILITY
Versatility across stage, screen and improvisation through both play and age-appropriate film and theatre scenes, while developing character, emotion and truthful reactions.
PERSONAL
APPROACH
Small classes give every child plenty of time to participate and receive individual guidance. Each pair also works on a scene in depth, with focused feedback and support throughout.
FINAL PERFORMANCE
Each child takes part in a final scene performance for parents, showcasing the character work, line learning and acting skills developed throughout the term.
Autumn Term
£120 for the full term
Our Drama & Improv Club for kids is a fun, creative space with structured performing arts workshops where children develop theatre, improvisation and even screen acting skills.
Every class combines exciting drama games, improvisation, characters, scripts and performance. Children have plenty of fun while also learning how actors listen, rehearse, create characters and work together.
Our club is playful, social and full of creativity, but every exercise also has purpose.
Led by working actors, our teaching continues to evolve with the performing arts industry — giving children practical skills rather than relying on the same repeated programme term after term.
No previous acting experience is needed. Children are encouraged to join in at their own pace, try new things and enjoy the process.

TERM DATES & LOCATION
What to expect?
ICE BREAKERS
AND WARM UP
We begin our club
with warm up games, fun movement activities, stretching and popular ice-breakers, making sure every child is warmed-up and ready to participate in class!
This also includes vocal warm ups.
DRAMA AND
FOCUS GAMES
Focus on presence, character work, and thinking on the spot.
Children are constantly involved — listening, responding, and performing within the exercises and games. It keeps them engaged, builds confidence, and develops real communication skills.
Taught by professional actors with Apple TV+, Prime Video, stage and commercial credits.
IMPROVISATION
STORY TELLING
We explore improvisation through characters, situations and storytelling. Starting with simple exercises, children gradually build confidence in creating ideas, making bold choices and working together spontaneously.
ACTING SKILLS
PERFORMANCE
Children explore characters, scenes and short scripts, learning how to make clear acting choices and bring stories to life. We work on expression, characterisation and performance skills, helping each child grow in confidence and develop as a young performer.

Skills for Life
Many parents notice improvements not only in performance skills but also in self-esteem and willingness to try new things.
Children often become more comfortable speaking up in class, making friends, and expressing their ideas clearly.
We also focus on strengthening memory, and concentration.
Exploring different characters helps them understand emotions and perspectives, building kindness and resilience in a natural and enjoyable way.
